We see that with politicians too, using every loophole possible....like charging the taxpayer 250$ a day to live in their newly purchased unit in Canberra. .... thus paying off their new mortgage with taxpayer money, rather than stay at a hotel as those funds were intended. Legal in this case.

NO Petrosen and WPL and CNE and FAR execs will all be doing whatever they can for their own benefits. Shareholders just cough up the money for their wages and exploration/ research/drilling costs....and FAr will lose that 1.5 percent, of that I am sure.

That's not correct.

Petrosen already has it own 10% of the JV free carried by the other 90% holders.

They have no rights to any of FAR 15%.

They do have PE rights over COP 35% but I am 99.9% certain that the Senagal government will not be spending any of its country funds exercising that PE right over COP sale
