So, the truth from the horse's mouth: COP and WPL conspired to find a cute legal way to defraud FAR. (It appears CNE - up to its eyeballs and therefore not interested in taking more of Senegal - willingly looked the other way to wave this through.)
Backed into the corner, Coleman has come out swinging. This will end in court, nothing surer. We just have to hope the case is fronted by a beak with a sense of true justice.
