Nope we have known WPL bought CoP senegal BV from the beginning, and it looks like there are many cases where the courts have decided this does trigger PE. Couple this with the statement by CoP that FAR had PE rights however they deem that the PE period has expired, while at the same time FAR claim CoP did not comply with the JV requirements so the PE has not yet started.
