Wow the actual pe seems to be in question ? Basically it seems that wpl has bought out a company i.e taken over a company owned by cop that had the asset. It would be like will taking over far - no pe but far says cop says otherwise. The technical and financial can be overcome if partnered with another group imo. The timing a legal issue. Geez.
