WPL knows this and will not want to do legals action (stupid) against the Senegal Government.
So if FAR is right about waiting for the start of the PE timeline of 30 days, then WPL can
1, Take another walk
2, Risk FAR achieving PE with or without CNE
3, Take out FAR
