Imagine, if this dispute finishes up in favour of FAR, who then brings in a major like Total, Exon or Shell.
The selected partner would not be satisfied with 30% and 5% to Far or even 35% in the end.
A deal with Far, to TO Far later on could be on the cards.
That could mean, that the new major will keep FAR's share price on a leash, the same leash, WPL is applying now.
A TO by WPL now, with some assets not part of the sale for a decent price could work out not to bad for us shareholders.
