The problem is not whether far is right or wrng. The problem for far is getting involved in any protracted legal dispute especially if it progresses to the international courts. Cash and possibly affect project timeframes as cop do own 35 percent. What we like to know is senegalese government role or authority to step in to mediate as it would look at wpl as a favourable operator due to the potential to fadttrack the project.
