Hi squidd,

Of course, the allocation of additional shares for the incoming Partner is part of the game mate. And it is always part of the game.

The question is that, I don't think that SP had already taken this into account as most of the hype would have driven the SP into a very optimistic level where it can be a significant issue to the incoming serious Partner, especially Chinese, whom I'm sure will drive their mark in the negotiations to get in at a very big discount.

The dilution effect, for my Shares, is the one that I am interested in, and surely, on yours as well.

My thoughts.
