Just to add - to avoid confusion.
Technically the company SDL does not own these deposits in Cameroon and Congo
SDL owns 90% (reducing to 81% for the Govt) of the company Cam Iron SA which is the company that owns Mbarga. Same situation with Congo where SDL owns 85% (76.5%) of Congo Iron SA which has Nabeba.
So effectively SDL sells down its interest in these subsidiaries to an incoming Partner.
