I agree 100% eyeswideopen, I find it odd that people like RVINTL, who has this wealth of experience in the mining sector, seem unable to cotton on to the fact that GC specifically said up to 50% "at the project level." Equity at the project level means something very different to equity at the company level. Mbalam and Nabeba are one project, all other targets and tenements are other projects. Surely GC wouldn't make such an elementary mistake as to confuse equity at the project level with equity at the company level.
