Notice that the article conveniently forgot to mention that the greatest ramp that KAR ever received was when Alan Kohler allowed Bob Hosking to espouse his very optomistic views about the stock on Inside Business last year. Certainly made me take a sudden interest in the stock, and subsequently get on board. However it was my choice / decision, not Eureka Report's to get on board. Not unlike being influenced by Charlie Aitken's optomistic and wrong calls as the GFC unfolded in 2007 / 2008. Cost me plenty.
We all need to be careful when following these gurus - just because they are saying what we want to hear, does not mean that they are right.
Still subscribe and value Eureka Report for the range of opinions offered, but sometimes worry about information overload.
