    Thats how it reads but you are putting all the value just in the acreage. I would suggest there would be other stuff like reserves, infrastructure etc that would make up this up surely.

    The last I really looked into was that acreage in the area and this about 12mths ago was fetching $9000 - $12000 an acre from memory.
