Laurence freedman - previously fund manager and head of freedman foundation listed his picks in small cap sector. Pre-requisites are: "Clean, green and Keen". He lists about 8 stocks which have no debt and have a lot of upside (either from resources discoveries or development / sales of techncology). He lists PLT as one of those but also identifies that they have had production difficulties. But as many have said on this forum - at current prices the upside gains v's downside pain is significant at current lvls. Anyway....all PR is good PR I guess......At least it cant get much worse !
