You are correct, there isn't an operational Hadrian X yet, as its still under construction. Estimated to be finished sometime in the next 6 months (depending on which comment you read). If you are waiting to see a finished working production model building houses before you buy in then that's your call, but you risk missing out on all the early gains.

The share price has grown for a number of reasons; mainly its because of the unveiling of the prototype which generated a lot of media coverage, then the CAT investment, then the MOU with KSA.

And the SAM100 has been discussed here quite a bit. Best to read back through the threads for more opinions on it. In my opinion it is similar, but still requires workers to operate.
