Correct, and without seeding a pile of doubt as well. Shame they are few and far between. But that's exploration for you, and the bulk of it is just a sideshow act that has descended into a shonky casino of late.
If the companies are in fact paying for those reports, then that could constitute public information on their behalf. So they might want to be careful about what goes into them. IMO, Orinoco has severely fallen foul of JORC reporting guidelines and raised on those reports as well.
