CTP has to decide whether to drill a second well nearby or conduct a seismic survey of its entire tenement.The tenement is 1/2 size of Texas making it one of the biggest in the world.The company is searching w/wide for investment partners to help in the development.It has designed a deal with Allied Resource partners to raise money,the aim is to initially produce 22million barrels a year....."
