I believe that John Heugh is worried that he will flood the market with oil, so thats why he is soo carefull about deciding if they should drill a second well at suprise now :)
And this is only the beginning, can you imagine what would happen when they drill the other prospects with horizontals? The Middle East will cease to be the biggest oilproducer lol
