All extremely short sighted .... Yes costs will be saved in the closure of the 3 branches but what you will not see is the inevitable downturn in business.
Printers in these areas will have internal sales contacts that they have been dealing with for many years forming good relationships which believe me still counts for a lot. Most of these internal sales people will lose their jobs or will not travel to Northampton no matter how hard or not PaperlinX tries to keep them, they will either end up out of the trade or the good ones will be snapped up by competitors, either way resulting in continued loss of business.

All indicative of the poor state of PaperlinX in the UK, can not contract quick enough .... You can only prune so far until the tree dies!!
