    It would be good if a CWE engineer could pass on some info about tidal range compensation.  I have often seen it mentioned in reference to wave energy devices but have not seen much about how it will work.

    Perhaps Bosch Rexroth are working on more than just the power take off system for Ceto 6?

    The tidal variation at WaveHub can be up to 6.6 metres, which is something that the engineers will need to address.

    They have mentioned that the Ceto 6 model at WaveHub will be modified for local conditions.  I wonder if it is in tidal range variation technology where it differs from models used elsewhere?
