It's a while since anyone updated me on direction drilling reach, but is it possible that Frankland could be redrilled from onshore?
Regardless, assuming:
*one well for such a small field,
*subsea wellhead as water shallow, ie no platform.
*no hydrate problems due to warm waters and short subsea line.
*umbilical for control and chemical injection
*all water and condensate separation at the Dongara gas plant.
this could be quite a cheap development (despite the pipeline being a dominant cost).
The less interest from the JV the better for ARQ, best of all if they all walk.
Not enough in itself to renew my interest in buying back into ARQ, but one step closer.
