regardless of P&A for other parties, they still have to pay their way, so a very good result for ARQ considering well costs of 6% and a likely viable project for them in the future.
I would expect in the offshore with a relatively shallow target and no hiccups really, to have a cost between 25-30mil. Could be wrong though.
