Good article bvw. But did you see the smaller one under Solar on page 3 of business section quoting Gerry as saying that CBD is conidering quitting Australia and listing in Hong Kong in a few years time. Same gripe about Aust gov and Aust investors (or lack thereof). Hot air? Reality?
The artice on Gerry says CBD gets 90% of its income from rooftop PV. I did not think it was that high. If so, it is about to loose a large portion of 90% of its income. There are other cashflows in the pipeline, but they may take a little time (less than a year, imo). This could explain partly the low SP.
