instead of whining about how the market doesn't understand CBD mgmt of CBD might well be better off keeping the market more informed.
for example the Italy contract was due to be bedded down by the end of April 2011 - here we are in July and no news one way or the other.
having said that it looks undervalued at this point but who knows whether the next rabbit out of the hat will be red or black.
