I don't have an issue with this, one would imagine if the chairman wanted to influence the direction of a company he would do it as the chairman, not as a tiny shareholder of another small company who has a 29.9% share in the first company.
His voting power in Allied Resource Partners is not controlling in that company alone, and ARP doesn't have 51% ownership of LCK, so cannot adversely or independently affect change in LCK
Any accountants or corporate lawyers among us?
I put not value in what a journo for the advertiser has to say - perhaps he should declare his interest in LCK and his source??
