Also this asset has been in the public arena before hand with SBS and it got valued at zero and rightly so, these guys will continue to waste s/holder $'s on deals like this, they tried to pat themselves on the back for walking away from a acquisition that cost them $1m in due diligence, I don't think they should be so free with s/holder $'s.

Also this last run looks like a classic short term run, in my opinion it will be lower than when it started in a week or so.
