Of course he has a point BUT it is the same in any industry there are always things that are wrong, things that could be easily fixed, politicians fiddling around and making matters worse.
But what can we do to change it, NOTHING
We have to work with the system that we have and be a little more discerning on what we buy and take less notice of all the spruikers out there from the government and property industry that tell all the lies
