Anvil are looking for an aid agency to take over their 10% gift in the DRC, as has already been declared previously.

Hence : And this is only a suggestion (conspiracy theory) they rubbish the company to establish their dominance in this area. Why have I read so many articles with a slant negative to AVM which mention OX###. It 's almost if journo's have been given a free reign - if your negative - we'll back you up.
There is consistent reference in articles to a previous secret report quoting the UN talking about how many people died in the fracase and the use of vehicles from AVM. Neither this and nothing since (considerable long) from the UN accussing AVM of anything wrong.
Basically "Bullshit"
