The Age certainly knew that BHP B was a client - we had the explanation at the bottom of my column, but it was cut out by the sub-editors. To clarify with you, I have not worked on Tintaya but I have reviewed their human rights policy.
That said, I called Bill Turner to discuss the case with him so I could check his approach and check some facts so I could ensure that I was not telling a one sided story. I feel comfortable that it tells the facts - one organisation had 51 people support it and the other didn't. They sort of speak for themselves.
