The Chinese are not stupid and would have done their home-work on the production capacity that the Puffin wells are capable of. with $300 million in cash and a market cap of $370, AED looks like a bargain in the long term especially with the price of Oil rising. All they need now, is a good announcement that they are finally producing at a rate greater than 4000 BOPD.
