The convertyible notes of 85M are reported to still be out there despite others believeing it has been paid out......
To me if this is not paid out it will be very dilute and could explaiun the sell off....... one trader stated "for the record, $350M after paying out the notes".....I really dont know and either does my trading desk......if they are not paid out then I think the price is $1.74.....at least until they prove that production has improved....

Please dont take this as downramping, I am positive on the outlook and am trying to work out why such a sell of when the company has had such a positive financial turnaround in the last month...
