It's been so long since he was able to roll out "crisis", "debt-laden" (he gets that from CC), "closer to the abyss" and 'tipped over the edge".
One (unnamed) 'analyst' also gave him the chance to use "dead man walking".
He must have thought Christmas had come early.
He also needs to check his numbers.. If the 16 shopping centres are sold, 60% goes to CNP, 30% to CER. Crikey Maurice, what's the point of getting quality data from an (unnamed) analyst if you go and put the figures round the wrong way?
