    Hi Haiji,

    The $200M underlying profit comes from a gross asset value of $4.6b and net assets of $3b for the Centro amalgamated portfolio according to JP.

    The units we hold would be diluted as a result of the amalgamation. CER's Aust portfolio is currently valued at $1.6b.

    10c sounds good but it might still be a while yet before we get to that mark!
