The earnings of NXS over the years including a partial sale to OG of CRUX, not to mention all the capital raisings and bank loans, $75m from Shell, you would have to question what current and previous managers have done with all that value.
When I questioned LDM on the continual slipping of deadlines and non delivery of commitments, he did say, didn't Shareholders learn after the first failure? I interpreted this as a sign he didn't see the wrong in it.
I guess when DV said he joined NXS for the people, it appeared he did not look at the long term decline in market cap and non delivery over the years. What did he mean in his recent statement that there are risks with NXS? Maybe, get prepared for the worst?
Do not hold any hopes that anyone at NXS will create any shareholder value.
