What is the difference between a "Trading Halt" and a "Voluntary...

    What is the difference between a "Trading Halt" and a "Voluntary Suspension"? Is the latter the only way to effectively extend a trading halt when the inital reasons cannot be complied with? ie they were unable to make tha announcement by 30/03/09.
