    But the company feels "very confident" that it can meet all of the conditions within the required timeframes.

    If by timeframe they mean the 5 yrs set by the AER, I can understand their confidence. Five years is a long time.

    Whether they can meet all of the conditions before they run out of cash and call in a receiver is another question.
