i would like clarification from the company, i dont think it is a case of potentially taking 5 years to sort then they can start building the plant (well at least i hope not).

I think the market has read that nothing can move forward or permits issued till all the items settled.

I am pretty sure that they only need to get permitting then they can start construction notwithstanding the list of 25 items need to be settled. I believe only a few items need to be settled before starting construction..

I will try calling them to see what i can get.
