    the reason there not flocking to it is there is plenty of noisebut its not being reflected in the price depth is starting to shape up the chart is not looking to bad i will keep waiting also need the market to turn positive there needs to be a reason to buy a stock and as i have said before noise isnt a reason good luck with it it will turn at sometime most do
