Not surprised really, announcing multi-year exclusive deals potentially worth millions with no mention of a trial peiod and then when the "contract" is terminated and they don't announce they essentially say "hey, we're a pay-per-use SaaS which can be exited anytime, the market should know this."
They've essentially ramped the sh1te out of their own stock and it's come back to bite them in the a$$ so to speak.
