    This could be a big part of the reason for the XEPT deal delay.

    With AnaeCo owning the IP (the DiCom system itself) at the Shenton Park plant, all parties would wanna know who's gonna buy it out and what they're gonna do with it. If Aurigen get it up and running, AnaeCo/Monos/XEPT will have an operating system for the DiCom technology.
