Unable to post it but basically says Eric has been talking to top 20 shareholders (ex Clive) and they fully support merge.
Eric unable to contact Clive and is unclear why Clive opposes merge except for his concern over dilution.
Some analysts speculating Clive is concerned Canning could be put on back burner if merge is successful
Interesting times, and I assume NXS will still play a sinister part on the merge process
Hopefully good news in todays activity report will perk up ARC
