db, I agree. The usual sort of article published by the local media - filling column space but poor quality analysis. Bet this guy hasn't even read the Chinese regulations. I wouldn't pay any heed to it. I'll also note that the Bellamy's CEO said publicly that the regulations would actually help Bellamy's as it will restrict competitor supplies.
