"Gossip around the video store is that mail order DVD outfit Quickflix might be close to tying up a big marketing deal with a major retailer, and not the one being taken over by Wesfarmers. The rumoured Woolworths deal would be a big coup for the fledgling Quickflix, which has chosen a path of strategic marketing partnerships in a bid to compete with the big-budget advertising push of its main Australian rival, BigPond Movies. Quickflix already has several marketing tie-ups with the likes of Hoyts, WIN Television and Boost Juice."
