    There was a great article on page 50 of yesterdays Financial Review. It appears that the Pact group will buy Viscount (as I suspected).

    What they then have to do is potential sell off some assets in the process. The article indicates selling off their 19.9% of NCI.

    Potentially they coudl sell it to PPG and dilute their control that way or NCI can buy back Pact to get them off their register. They have the cash to potentially take NCI private and this would be the best opportunity for Tyrell to do so.

    Lets wait and see what happens next
