    VEN came to my radar as I am invested in NHC. Bridgeport is a subsidiary of NHC and NHC has a long track record of Greta investment decisions. This JV gave me the confidence to invest within VEN as they would’ve done their due diligence in deciding to deploy funds into JVs in exploration and operating gas fields with VEN.
