@mutton ear....Don't be so arrogant and certain, that you are the only one correct, I merely mentioned one possible scenario. Besides, after a lifetime of dealing with "Business People" I trust none of them. Very few people get jailed for White Collar Crime.

I have found it is prudent, to be wary of the motives of management. As I worked for multinational companies for thirty years, I have plenty of examples to go by. Even for a great investment like this one, natural caution makes me wary of going too far overweight. That is why I sold 100,000 VEN @ $0.100 at its recent peak, just to lock in $2K profit. And to reduce my weighting by a few percent .
