So far as the discussions on OM last year and no update since .... its unknown who commissioned the OM report! Even the report has been closely guarded, yet JK is reported as having read it. I too have been wondering why the OM report hasn't been tagged in the ASX case.... prob its not relevant to the ASX case (perhaps). As for an action against OM - one step at a time perhaps?
Others would know much more than I do on this. Perhaps we should start another thread to get more informed comment?
