IMO, the writer is spot on . Whilst most companies are hamstrung with lack of access to cash there is a signficant building undersupply emerging in some sectors .
SDG appears to have cash, credit, and in the undersupplied segment of the Australian market . I imagine buying new land banks is probably still expensive, but there will likely be some liquidations of cheap land coming up from those who weren't preparing for the bad days .
