It will be really interesting to see how this licensing round pans out. Seems like fairly onerous terms for the successful biders.
I'd be curious to know if this makes Swala a bigger target, assuming a bigger player was able to pick up SWE's existing interests and have the same terms apply to them? (and I don't know if this is possible or not....just putting it out there).
