Yes, its not % change indeed. I mentioned maximum growth at the halfway mark I believe in my explanation. Looking at your values, the maximum gradient is at 2025 which is at around 50% sales penetration and also corresponds to the maximum growth (i.e 2025-2024 change is the maximum from all the years). That's what I meant anyhow and it only applies to a perfect sigmoid function. Apologies for the confusion.
