The fact is China is pushing hard (reality), and they have been at it for at least 6 years, thus have built out scale over that time and well ahead of ROW.
It took 10 years to sell first 1 mill EV's (GFC in 2008 significantly slowed progress down), world is now selling 1 mill EV's every 6 months. I believe Europe Co2 legislation will have a major impact, and my view is the faster the transition the less pain, so giddy up.
